Andrew was amazing to work with! He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He did a great job helping us narrow down what we did and didnt like and showing us amazing houses. We were kind of picky on our home and he happily showed us 30+ homes until we found the one. He did great on negotiations as well. Andrew is extremely easy to communicate with and very friendly. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

Andrew is a real estate whiz. It is not news that the current market isn't doing sellers any favors, and discouragement was an understatement for me and my wife. However, we came up on top working with Andrew. His expertise and common sense helped us decide to sell our house in lieu of renting, and all in the midst of a stressful military move overseas. His relentless negotiations during the process helped sell the property at the value we wanted. His promises are never met short, and are very realistic. Do not expect any fairytale stories coming from Andrew, his expectations are based on facts. Andrew never faltered when we called with a concern and was always very thorough and motivated. Andrew is an absolute beacon of knowledge. He made the entire process of selling my home a breeze for me and my wife. This is our second time working with Andrew. We did a contingency and his negotiation skills are great! He represented us and our wants and needs through the whole selling and buying process. We had to sell our home in a month to get the house that we want to buy. Andrew sold our house in 2 weeks! He advertised and did open house and worked really hard. Spencer was great! Went out of his way to show us some very special property that was out in a very secluded area of the desert. It was beautiful and there were actually power lines out there. You most definitely need all wheel drive, 4 x 4 maybe a jeep with a winch in case you get stuck..
