Jack is chairman, chief executive officer and president of American Family Insurance. A native of DeForest, Wisconsin, Jack began his career with American Family in 1983 as a claim adjuster. Jack earned a bachelor’s degree in biology and business administration from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa. He now serves as a member of the Wartburg College Board of Regents.
